Job Description

Tagaddod is a waste management technology platform that empowers individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste management solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Account Manager to join our team. As a HORECA Account Manager at Tagaddod, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector.

  • Understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the hotel sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and provide excellent customer service.

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the HORECA sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
