Job Description

Hospital CNA – 3rd Shift ($28/hr)

Ready to make a difference when it matters most? You'll be part of a top-tier medical team at a respected state-run hospital known for its commitment to quality, equity, and around-the-clock patient care. Night shifts here are calm but clinical — perfect for focused CNAs who want to put their med-surg skills to use without the chaos of a psych-heavy environment.

Your Nightly Impact:

  • Deliver hands-on care to medical patients in a hospital unit
  • Help with repositioning, mobility, personal hygiene, and basic care tasks
  • Record patient observations and care updates using an EMR system
  • Work alongside experienced clinicians who value what CNAs bring to the table

Qualification for consideration:

  • 2+ years of CNA experience in a hospital setting
  • At least 6 months in a med-surg unit
  • Comfort and experience using EMR systems

Required Skills:

  • Active CNA license in Massachusetts
  • Med-surg familiarity
  • EMR documentation
