Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Provide information about services and answer queries related to architecture and design projects.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.
• Resolve client issues or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of CWA Group.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computers and experience with CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Familiarity with the architecture or construction industry is an advantage.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.

Salary: $22.50 - $28.50
