We’re Hiring! Senior Project Manager – Aviation Location: Dulles International Airport – Virginia / Metro-Washington DC Area 100% Onsite | Local Candidates Only Contract-to-Hire Opportunity No C2C Inquiries!   ASAP is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Aviation for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting aviation infrastructure projects at United Airlines’ facilities at Dulles International Airport . This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned professional experienced in aviation construction and capital projects in airport environments. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the owner’s representative and primary daily point of contact for contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, risk logs, and reporting dashboards. Facilitate scope definition and project execution planning with airport and airline stakeholders. Lead meetings, deliver status reports and implement process improvements. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and performance standards. Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam to manage, report, and analyze project data. Requirements: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. ~10+ years of experience managing large-scale or campus-style projects. ~ Strong aviation project experience is required, especially terminal renovations, concessions, or ground-up construction. ~ Experience working in airport environments and with airline/airport stakeholders is highly desirable. ~ Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or CCM are preferred. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. ~ Must be local to the VA/DC/MD area – no per diem or relocation provided. ~ Must be able to pass airport security screening to obtain an access badge. Employment is contingent upon successful clearance. Please Note: This is a 100% onsite role at Dulles International Airport. Local candidates are only – remote or hybrid work is not available. Contract-to-hire position – strong performance may lead to direct hire.
