At STEP, we see entrepreneurship not just as business creation, but as a powerful way to build problem-solving, innovation, and leadership skills. Through this fellowship, students develop an entrepreneurial mindset that prepares them to thrive – whether they become entrepreneurs, social changemakers, or forward-thinking professionals in any field.
During our entrepreneurship workshops in colleges, a striking pattern: most students were firmly focussed on traditional academic or career paths – with only a small fraction (about 1 in 10) showing real interest in starting a venture.
This program is designed to change that mindset.
